Let’s talk about your big idea.
When you share the experience you’re looking for, and you hedge it with, “but I’m not sure how we can pull this off" — that’s when I get excited.
An unforgettable dinner party, an immersive festival experience, a networking hour where everyone feels at ease, a pop up in an unconventional location, a wedding that really represents you. Let’s make it happen together.
Hi — I’m Macy. I’ve spent the last six years managing events and coordinating experiences for arts nonprofits, community partners, and commercial clients. In my spare time, I host dinner parties and explore whatever artistic medium is energizing me at the moment. Right now, that’s ceramics, crochet, and carving custom stamps.
I’ve always been passionate about gathering people together, from Grind Culture, the seasonal skating meetup for women and queer folks, to hosting themed discussion dinner parties, centered on articles from my international music blog.
To me, the real measure of success in event planning, coordination, and execution is how it feels. For attendees, it’s the little details that create a thoughtful experience, no guesswork attached. For vendors, it’s clear communication, logistics assistance, and getting paid on time. For the host, it’s making sure you can be grounded and present with your guests, not sweating the details, because they’re already taken care of.
